X-Con is hosted by Midlands based events company X-Con Events Ltd who have been organising a wide range of experiences since 2018.
Everyone involved feels passionate about bringing a wickedly bizarre day out to lovers of all things fringe!
With stalls, entertainers, talks, photo opprtunities, meet & greets, demonstrations and more, X-Con is on a mission to bring together like minded people, who may never ordinarily cross paths, in a celebration of many alternative interests!
When looking for a local venue for the Midlands first X-Con event, we could think of nowhere better than the stunning 18th century Himley Hall. Once family home to the Earls of Dudley and host to royalty and high society, the Hall will be transformed for one day only into a hall of wonder with special guests, talks, meet & greets, sellers, artisans, photo opportunities and entertainers!

Himley Hall is easy to reach by road and well connected to major transport links across the Midlands.
By Car
Himley Hall is located just off the A449 between Wolverhampton and Kidderminster.
If travelling via the motorway network:
• From the M5, exit at Junction 4 or 6 and follow signs for Kidderminster then the A449 towards Wolverhampton.
• From the M6, exit at Junction 10 or 12 and follow signs towards Wolverhampton, then take the A449 towards Kidderminster.

There is ample on site parking available within Himley Park. Please follow event signage on arrival.
By Train
The nearest mainline stations are:
• Wolverhampton
• Stourbridge Junction
• Dudley Port
All stations are approximately 15 to 25 minutes away by taxi.
By Bus
Local bus services run between Wolverhampton, Dudley and Stourbridge, with stops near Himley. We recommend checking current routes and timetables before travelling.

Himley Hall is set within landscaped parkland, so allow a few extra minutes on arrival to walk from parking areas to the main entrance.
