Refund Policy

We aim to be as clear and fair as possible when it comes to bookings and ticket purchases.

Tickets and experiences
All tickets, including general admission, VIP tickets, meet and greet sessions, and photo opportunities are non refundable and non transferable unless the event is cancelled.

Event cancellation
If XCon is cancelled, a full refund will be issued for tickets and pre booked experiences.

Changes to the event
We reserve the right to make changes to the event, including guest appearances, schedules, and content. These changes do not qualify for refunds.

Guest cancellations
If a specific guest cancels, refunds will only be issued for experiences directly linked to that guest, such as photo opportunities or meet and greets. Entry tickets remain valid.

Failure to attend
If you are unable to attend for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel disruption, or illness, refunds will not be issued.
