These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, ticket holders, guests, vendors, and participants attending or booking through the X-Con website. By purchasing tickets, booking activities, or attending an X-Con event, you agree to the terms below.

About XCon

X-Con is a live event held in the United Kingdom.
All bookings are managed by X-Con or authorised ticketing partners.

Tickets

All tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Tickets may not be resold without permission from X-Con. 

Entry will only be allowed with a valid ticket.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

Guests and appearances

Guest appearances are subject to change.

Guests may cancel due to illness, travel issues, filming commitments, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds will not be given if a specific guest cancels, as tickets are for the event as a whole.

Photo sessions, talks, and meet and greet times may change if required.

Photo shoots, autographs, and meet and greet sessions

Some activities must be booked in advance.

Times may change depending on guest schedules.

Photo sessions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.

X-Con may use photographs taken at the event for marketing, social media, and future promotion.

Filming and photography

Photography and filming may take place at X-Con.

By attending the event, you agree that images or video may be used for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform a member of staff.

Event changes

We reserve the right to change:

  • Guests

  • Schedules

  • Activities

  • Layout

  • Venue areas

These changes may happen without notice if required for safety or operational reasons.

Cancellation of the event

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • A refund, or

  • Transfer to a future event

We are not responsible for travel, hotel, or other costs.

Vendors and stall holders

Vendors are responsible for their own products, insurance, and licences.

X-Con is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute involving vendor sales.

We reserve the right to remove any stall that is unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable.

Vendors must not sell or display restricted items such as alcohol, knives and weapons. 

Behaviour

We want X-Con to be safe and enjoyable for everyone.

We may remove anyone who:

  • Is aggressive or abusive

  • Is intoxicated or unsafe

  • Damages property

  • Harasses guests or visitors

No refund will be given if someone is removed.

Liability

Attendance at X-Con is at your own risk.

X-Con is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Injury caused by other attendees

  • Travel problems

  • Accommodation issues

Nothing in these terms removes rights under UK law.
