All tickets for X-Con are non refundable and non transferable unless the event itself is cancelled.

We work hard to make the event as exciting and enjoyable as possible, but guest appearances, schedules and attractions may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control. These changes do not count as cancellation of the event and tickets will not be refunded in these situations.

In the unlikely event that X-Con has to be cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original ticket holder.

Guests who are registered disabled and require essential support may book one complimentary companion ticket at checkout for a carer or support person attending with them. Simply enter their name in the field shown at checkout. Proof of eligibility for a complimentary companion ticket may be requested at the welcome desk. This will be handled discreetly, and any one of several recognised forms of supporting documentation will be accepted.
